A little let-down but...

Last nite yen told me that our dinner date had to be postponed cos she had to attend her granny's funeral. I totally understand why she can't make it but was still a little disappointed. Was actually looking forward to this date.

Saw this girl and her bf during lunch. The guy was all lovey-dovey towards the girl and boy, was she flirting back. They dressed in "PJs" ( oversized worned Tee plus short shorts). As they left, I saw the tagline on the girl's tee. "I'm a virgin" GROSS! Like who wants to know...and I'm quite sure she doesn't look like one. *puke.

After lunch, momo was an angel. But not for long. She attacked the usual red toilet rug. This is the second time today. Me and Yen really chased her and spanked her. Short term memory. Thinks she just wants to challenge us.

Momo is quite a poor thing. She has never really left her house to see the outside world. Not even her front porch. She is rather neglected if not for us. She seems alot happier when she sees Yen. (Yen being a dog-lover and all, really plays with her at times.) The dog food she eats is a sadder story. Brown rocks and pebbles. It really smells bad. For yesterday and today, me and yen took effort to soak her food for a while. Plus, we added a little treat for momo. Small pieces of skinless grapes. Really tiny bits(same concept for cereals.), just to induce her appetite. We both think that she has really lost weight and does not really enjoy her meal times. For the first time in 3 months, she managed to finish her food in less than 10 mins. We were happy for momo. She was happy too. My boss is really not a good owner. Sure she complains that momo bites her(alone). That's because she really doesn't discipline her at all. So she deserves it. But unfortunately for momo, we will do that for her when boss is not around. No point telling her cos she herself does not even put in the effort and time for momo. Sometimes we regret supporting boss's decision to buy momo. It seems that we might have a hand in momo's plight. That's why we always treat momo a little better each time she behaves.

A dog's life...
